Dixie Dreams is a special events facility located on the beautiful Rocky River in Monroe, NC. We are Charlotte’s newest and finest country venue for parties, weddings, receptions, family reunions, conferences and more.
At Dixie Dreams there are over 100 acres of land with 1/2 mile river frontage. The wooded trails and outdoor scenery make a wonderful place for reflection, privacy and pictures.
Our Venue consists of a large room with a rock wall fire place, a 70″ flat screen TV for photo slide shows or videos and tables and chairs that can hold up to 200 guests. The commercial quality kitchen includes a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, large ice-maker and it’s very spacious to be more comfortable for the catering companies. A very special, separate bridal suite is available above the reception area for the bride and her guests. We also have a river front log cabin for the groomsmen to kick back and relax in! Also brand new in 2016 we added another log cabin! So the groomsmen have the choice of picking which cabin they would be most comfortable in to get ready for the big day! There is an open gazebo out back to host a beautiful wedding ceremony. We also have a river front ceremony option with a custom made arbor that really adds the final touch for a romantic ceremony location.
